Healthy Eating for the Holidays

Be proactive with your health this holiday season by learning strategies to navigate healthy eating with a Registered Dietitian. This class is geared towards individuals with diabetes, heart disease and/or high cholesterol. Avoid the New Year’s guilt by implementing healthy swaps, tips for fitting in physical activity, and ways you CAN enjoy traditional holiday foods while celebrating with family and friends. Recipes will be provided.
