Be proactive with your health this season by learning strategies to navigate holiday eating with a Registered Dietitian. This class is geared towards individuals with diabetes, heart disease and/or high cholesterol. Avoid the New Year’s guilt by implementing healthy swaps, tips for fitting in physical activity, and ways you CAN enjoy traditional holiday foods while celebrating with family and friends. Recipes and food samples will be provided.
