Areas of Professional Interest

I am passionate about providing care across the lifespan, from teens to older adults. I am experienced in providing care that integrates mindfulness practice and that encourage self-compassion for those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and neurodiversity. I enjoy providing support to individuals during significant periods of change, such as becoming a new parent, adapting to a new medical diagnosis or during periods of grief and loss.
