Each week builds on the last\, offering practical tools\, expert insight and supportive conversation. \nYou’ll learn about birth planning\, movement and body mechanics during pregnancy\, signs of labor\, pain management strategies\, partner support and what to expect during delivery. We’ll also explore feeding choices\, newborn care essentials and what those first few weeks at home really look like. \nAs part of the class\, participants will have opportunities to connect with a physical therapist\, a pediatrician or family medicine provider and take a tour of the birth center. Information on doula services covered by Apple Health is also included. \nWhether you’re feeling excited\, anxious\, or somewhere in between\, this series will leave you better prepared\, informed and empowered to make the choices that are right for you and your baby.
