Infusion Services Registration is temporarily located in the Island Health Foundation (IHF) office in Central Waiting. Please check in there before proceeding to Acute Care, located on the 2nd floor of the hospital.
SERVICES PROVIDED
At Island Infusion Center, we are dedicated to providing our patients with the latest medical infusions. Our convenient location allows Anacortes patients to remain close to home and under the care of our clinical nursing staff for their infusion therapy.
Infusions deliver medication directly into your bloodstream, so they work faster and more effectively than other methods. Whether you’re managing infection, anemia, a neurological condition, osteoporosis, or nausea and dehydration, we offer a range of specialty infusions to treat both short-term and long-term conditions. Our services include:
- Non-chemotherapy medication administration, for example:
- Nausea and dehydration: Fluids and anti-emetic medication
- Bone infections: Antibiotic treatments
- Immunodeficiency and neurological conditions: Intravenous Immunoglobulin Therapy
- Osteoporosis: Reclast
- Anemia: Iron or Retacrit
- Blood product transfusion
- Other neurological conditions: Solu-medrol, Leqembi, Kisunla, Ultomiris
Our team of professionals are focused on providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and families. Our center’s infusion room offers breathtaking views of Mt. Baker, the Salish Sea and Cascade Mountains.

Island Infusion Center is an Island Health-affiliated clinic. Patients seeking care at this clinic may receive a separate billing for a facility fee. This fee could result in higher out-of-pocket expenses. Patients should contact their insurance company to determine coverage for hospital-based facility charges.
