12/22/22, 3:45 p.m. – Out of abundance of caution for the potential of hazardous road conditions, Island Health primary and specialty care clinics will open at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 23. This will affect the following clinics:

  • Island Primary Care – 24th Street
  • Island Primary Care – M Avenue
  • Island Primary Care – Orcas
  • Island Psychiatry & Behavioral Health
  • Island Sleep Wellness Center
  • Island Sports & Spine
  • Island Surgeons
  • Island Walk-in Clinic – M Avenue
  • Island Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine

Patients affected by the late start will be contacted by clinic staff.

All other departments will be open normal hours (including Diagnostic Imaging and Lab).

12/21/22, 4:00 p.m. – Island Primary Care – Orcas clinic will have a two (2) hour delay on Thursday, December 22 (opening at 10 a.m.). Patients who are affected by the late start will be contacted by clinic staff.

All other Island Health clinics and departments will be operating as usual.

12/20/22, 2:30 p.m. – All Island Health primary and specialty care clinics will have a one (1) hour delay on Wednesday, December 21 (opening at 9 a.m.) due to inclement weather and hazardous driving conditions. Patients who have earlier appointment times will be contacted by staff. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be safe.

The Island Walk-in Clinic will be closing at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20 and will reopen at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21.

 

12/20/22, 7:00 a.m. – Island Health primary and specialty care clinics will be operating on a two (2) hour delay today, Tuesday, December 20, due to inclement weather. Patients with a scheduled appointment will be contacted by clinic staff. All other services are operating as normal. Please be safe.
