Island Hospital is reorganizing our Family Care Clinics to improve patient access and delivery of care. We want to ensure that our community and others we work with are aware of these changes so we have sent a letter to all affected patients. Dear Valued Patient,

We are writing to share that we are improving your healthcare experience in our medical facilities.

Beginning on April 22:

Patients of the following providers will see them at their new location in the Island Hospital Medical Office Building at 2511 M Ave. (360-299-4211), the same entrance as The Walk-In Clinic (area “A” on map on back of this letter):

• Lindsay Newlon MD
• Les Richards MD
• Brandon Greene MD

Patients of the following providers will see them at Island Medical Center at 1213 24th St. (360-293-3101) in our Island Medical Center offices (area “B” on map on back of this letter):

• JoAnn Eastman ARNP
• Sue Jordan PA-C
• Tari Roche DO

There is no change of location for the following providers:

• James Abbey MD
• Sharon Brown ARNP
• Les Conway MD
• Erin Flanigan ARNP
• Nadine Foist MD
• Kathy Garde MD
• John Mathis MD
• Robert Prins MD
• Susanne Wilhelm DO

You will continue to receive care from the same provider you have now, even if the location changes. The new expanded Walk-In Clinic will remain at its current location, 2511 M Ave.

Please remember, these improvements take place on April 22. If you have an appointment before this date, your provider will be in the same clinic as your previous appointments. Should you have any questions, please call your clinic. This information is also available at isldev.wpengine.com.
