The Family Care Clinics (Fidalgo Medical Associates and Anacortes Family Medicine) re-alignment project goes live today! As of today, five providers previously located at FMA will begin practicing at AFM. Three providers have moved from AFM to FMA.

Beginning April 22:

Patients of the following providers will see them at their new location at AFM, in the Island Hospital Medical Office Building at 2511 M Ave. (360-299-4211), the same entrance as The Walk-In Clinic:

Beginning April 22:

Patients of the following providers will see them at FMA, at 1213 24th St. (360-293-3101) in our Island Medical Center offices:
