Need Your Child’s Records? MyIR Mobile Makes It Easy

The Washington State Department of Health partners with MyIR Mobile to give families free, secure access to official immunization records. You can view vaccination history, get reminders, and print records anytime.

To get started:

• Register at MyIRMobile.com with your personal information.
• Once your record is matched in Washington’s Immunization Information System, you’ll get a verification code by text.
• Enter the code to securely access your immunization records anytime.
