Island Health is excited to be able to offer the Excelsius GPS, state-of-the-art spine robot technology. The Excelsius GPS® combines a rigid robotic arm with full navigation capabilities for minimally invasive spinal surgeries and is completely controlled by the surgeon. This technology allows for even more precision and safety, increases the quality of life for surgical patients and reduces radiation exposure for both staff and patients.
