With over 35 years of diverse nursing experience, Margo Yates-Williams, BSN, RN, CLNC, is a seasoned healthcare leader currently serving as Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Island Health. She excels in driving continuous improvements in quality measures and healthcare delivery. Throughout her career, Yates-Williams has provided both clinical and administrative oversight at hospitals nationwide, working in both interim and long-term roles.
Yates-Williams obtained her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Addison, IL. She was selected for her extensive background in Critical Care Nursing and her proven track record in strategic planning, policy and procedure development, staff engagement and training, and performance improvement. Yates-Williams’ leadership and expertise have consistently contributed to enhancing patient care and operational excellence across healthcare settings.
