Hospital continues focus on behavioral health, access to care
The biggest problems facing the people of Anacortes are essentially the same ones they faced three years ago, according to the Island Hospital Community Health Needs Assessment.
The hospital completes the assessment every three years to identify ways it can take on public health issues. The assessment is completed by a third-party vendor and takes into account feedback from many community groups.
