Grocery shopping has increasingly become more expensive over the past few years.

In fact, from 2019 to 2023, the all-food Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 25% and prices have continued to increase in 2024, according to the United States Department of Agriculture. 2021 data from Statista reveals that 50% of Americans are trying to eat healthy, but the biggest barrier to a healthy diet, according to 46% of survey participants from Cleveland Clinic in 2022, is the cost.
