Island Health has announced their Diagnostic Imagine team has launched several new technologies following the receipt of funds from the Annual Gala of Hope, according to a news release.

The Annual Gala of Hope took place in April and was hosted by the Island Health Foundation. The Heartstrings Raise-the-Paddle Appeal collected $328,000 for diagnostic technologies such as MRI monitors and portable X-ray detectors, according to the release.
