Recently Island Hospital and Clinics have begun accepting two new Medicare Advantage plans in 2019:

• United Healthcare AARP Medicare Complete (HMO, PPO)
• Premera Medicare Advantage

Unfortunately, the insurance companies have failed to get our provider and clinic names on their websites, which has caused confusion for many patients. We are working closely with these two companies and expect their websites will be corrected by early next week. Both companies have ensured us that their respective customer-service staffs now have the correct information. Patients can be seen by Island Hospital and Clinics as in network providers.
