Island Health is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated primary care team in Anacortes, Washington. In this role, you will practice at the Island Primary Care – 24th Street clinic, a comprehensive center focused on exceptional outpatient services. You will collaborate daily with an established care team of Family and Internal Medicine providers, fully supported by a robust nursing staff of MAs, LPNs, and RNs. SUMMARY & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-day work week
• Outpatient care only
• Light phone call only shared amongst the practice

• Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform with integrated ambient listening for documentation
• Work closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staff
• Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Compensation Range: $298,561-$364,907
• $25,000 Sign on bonus
