I was drawn to the role of Family Nurse Practitioner after initially pursuing a career in nutrition, serving as a community health educator in the Peace Corps and later as a dietitian in a hospital setting. Through these experiences I realized that I wanted to be able to address individuals’ health concerns in a more comprehensive manner. With over fifteen years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, my passion for Family Medicine remains strong. I am committed to staying current with evidence-based guidelines. I continue to emphasize principles of healthy living, and I have a special interest in mental health, women's health and weight management. I have received training in medical acupuncture and incorporate this into my practice regularly.

Meet the Provider
Hello, I’m Andrea
Outside of the clinic, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband and our wonderful, creative twin sons. I also enjoy traveling, long walks, paddle boarding, yoga and playing with our two boisterous beagles.
