Expectant mother standing in nursery looking at the crib.

Prepare for your breastfeeding journey with knowledge, encouragement and practical tools to help you get off to a strong start. Designed for expectant mothers preparing for their baby’s arrival, this class covers the fundamentals of breastfeeding, what to expect in the early days, common challenges, and simple tips and tricks to help build confidence before your little one is here.

Whether you’re planning to exclusively breastfeed, combine feeding methods, or are simply exploring your options, you’ll receive evidence-based education in a supportive, judgment-free environment. You’ll also learn where to find help when you need it, because breastfeeding is a learned skill—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Partners are welcome and participants are encouraged to bring questions.
