This Saturday class is for those unable to attend the five-week session. You’ll learn about birth planning, movement and body mechanics during pregnancy, signs of labor, pain management strategies, partner support and what to expect during delivery. We’ll also explore feeding choices, newborn care essentials and what those first few weeks at home really look like. Information on doula services covered by Apple Health is also included.

Whether you’re feeling excited, anxious, or somewhere in between, this series will leave you better prepared, informed and empowered to make the choices that are right for you and your baby. This series is fully covered by Apple Health.
