Jennifer brings over two decades of clinical and executive nursing leadership experience to our team. Her impressive background spans inpatient oncology and acute care, robotic implementation, and clinical training programs, with key leadership roles at Swedish Medical Center and Providence Health System. Most recently, Jennifer served as Vice President and Regional CNO for MultiCare Health System, where she successfully led nursing operations across two hospitals with a combined 510 beds.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Information from Western Washington University, a Bachelor of Nursing from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and a Master of Nursing from the University of Washington.
