Join Certified Personal Trainer, Kess Walp, for four classes focused on introducing and implementing a beginner exercise routine. No equipment or experience necessary! Each week will introduce simple bodyweight movement patterns to increase balance, stability and functional strength.
Come ready to exercise in appropriate clothing and shoes.
Optional but not required: sweat towel and yoga mat.
