Osteoporosis is a common condition that weakens bones. However, there are lifestyle changes you can make to prevent or delay the onset on osteoporosis. Learn what types of exercises are most beneficial for your bones and which foods will help them stay healthy as you age. This class is led by an Island Health education specialist and registered dietitian. There will be exercise demonstrations in which you are welcome to participate.
